Bennett checking out the beach

We've had a whirlwind couple of weeks, so we decided to join Fletcher down in Pensacola this last week. He had to be down there for work and we thought it the perfect opportunity to spend a few days at the beach. It was just what the doctor ordered. We didn't have a ton of time lounging, but we got to spend time with good friends. Again, I didn't do a good job of taking pictures, but I'm hoping our friends will send the pics they took. Bennett got to have two playdates with his good buddy, William, which meant that I had a chance to spend some time with my dear friend, Monica (William's mom). They're such special people and we enjoy any time we get to spend with them. We had a lunch date with William, Lily Caroline, Carson, Caden, and Kinsley...Macy and Beau hung in there too. Chick-filet will never be the same. We got our money's worth. I think we were there for 2 hours...really!

Nana Sue and GP Visit

My former boss, Nana Sue, and dear friend, GP (Grandma Penny) came all the way from San Diego to visit Bennett and meet Beau. They're such special ladies to me and we had a fabulous day of catching up. We ate barbeque and played with boys. The visit was way too short, but I'm so blessed to have such amazing ladies in my life to look up to.

Mother's Day Weekend in Nashville

I'm a little behind on my posts, so I'll try and catch up. We spent Mother's Day weekend in Nashville. Fletcher and I had two date nights....we went to a friend's engagement party and the next day went to Steeplechase. CeCe and Pops kept the boys both nights. We spent an afternoon with Bampa and Grandmother. Beau gave lots of sweet sugar to them both and Bennett enjoyed socializing with the staff. Cousin Waller was baptized on Mother's Day and she did wonderfully. Of course, I have no pictures to prove it. I've really been slacking on the pictures lately. Note to self....do better!
