Wack-it Ball

Bennett is obsessed with racquetball...I'm mean really obsessed. He wants to go to the gym with me to watch the old men play in the mornings. He loves it. Pops came down this weekend to hang with the boys and I wish I had a picture of the two of them playing. Poor Pops! They played on and off for hours. And this evening as soon as Fletcher walked in the door, Bennett handed him his racket. Beau loves to watch, so it's become a family affair.

Daddy's Work

Since we're going to be apart from Fletcher for the next month, we're trying to get in as much family time as possible. We met up at the park on base Thursday afternoon and watched the geese play and the jets take off. Bennett had a great time feeding them trail mix while Beau got his first shoulder ride from his big brother.

Mommy and Daddy's Bed

By 7 this morning both of my boys were in our bed. We're "anti" family bed, but when Beau woke up around 6 am and Bennett shortly after.....I was too tired to get the whole crew up. Lucky for me they dozed back off for another hour or so. Mama needs her sleep!

Bosom Buddies

We always do one last check on the boys before we go to sleep every night as I'm sure most parents do. We usually check Bennett and then Beau. Last night, Fletcher checked on Bennett and was panicked when he wasn't in his room. Fletcher started running up and down the hall checking the bathrooms and playroom....no Bennett. He went into Beau's room.....there they were, snug as two little bugs.

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to my dad, stepdad, and Fletcher....we're so blessed to have you. We've had a wonderful weekend. CeCe came down to spend some time with us and Fletcher and I got to have an awesome date night. We went to see Jersey Boys (which we highly recommend) and visit with some dear friends. We celebrated Father's Day by hanging with the boys. Couldn't ask for a better day.

Summer Days

We had a great afternoon today. I love the summer! Fletcher had to go to school, so Beau and I sat out on the patio while Bennett played in the sprinkler. Beau is 6 months now and I can't believe how quickly time flies. He has the sweetest personality. He is all smiles all the time. I snapped some pics of him playing today with his ball cap on. I love my boys!

Our Ladies' Man

We had dinner at the Holle's last night and Bennett got to play with two of his best friends, Ali and Libby. Beau and Rhodes were there too....although no pictures to prove it. Poor second children....so deprived! We had a wonderful time and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Libby's new baby brother.
