Mom came this week for a quick visit. I got spoiled to a little girl time. We got to sneak away for breakfast with my sweet neighbor, Suzanne, at this wonderful little french restaurant. Fletcher got home from North Carolina on Friday and was itching for some time with the boys, so Mom and I got to have a Saturday of shopping and lunch....we don't get to have enough of those. The boys had a great time too getting some TLC from their Nina. 
Friday we had a playdate with Jack, Claire, and Will. Bennett and Will were busy playing fireman and policeman while Jack and Beau rode the 4-wheeler. Claire arrived just in time for Madagascar. 
When it's rainy outside or just too cold, the boys love playing in the garage. One day last week (or the week before) they were on their bikes playing and I had the chance to snap a few pics. It's so nice that they're getting to an age where they like playing with each other (sometimes). And when we're not playing in the garage, we like to climb in the cabinets. Would somebody please get these kids some toys?!
Bennett started his new gymnastics class today and Beau went along to watch. Bennett did a great job following instructions and he can really walk that beam. Beau enjoyed following cute little Sydney around and snacking on his banana that he insists on peeling himself (at 15 months...who does that?). He's such a flirt! 
I had a proud momma moment on Sunday. Beau was playing in Bennett's beloved firetruck and Bennett realized his little legs were too short to peddle it around. He pushed Beau around the garage and even showed him how the siren worked. He officially named Beau his "chief". The boys had a great time rescueing cats from burning houses. :)
Something about accessories in this house....whether it's ties, boots, or hats...both Bennett and Beau love to accessorize!
I've been terrible about posting lately. We've had a busy couple of weeks. Last Friday was Fletcher's birthday and we were so excited to get to spoil him with gifts and attention. We had planned a family trip to Charleston for the weekend, but when CeCe and Pops volunteered to stay with the boys, we jumped at the chance to have an adult weekend away. We had cake and candles on Friday night and Fletcher opened his gifts and we headed to South Carolina early Saturday morning.
